Busy but Productive and Some New Looks!

At Central Iowa Headquarters for Chalk Paint® decorative paint by Annie Sloan, we at TLC Vintage Collection keep trying to push OUR envelope. Trying new finishes and experimenting with applications that Annie Sloan keeps putting out there or reminding us of ones she has done some time ago. Here is our latest, a knock of her Paul Klee look:

We used a base of English Yellow and then just used bits and pieces and mixes of leftover paints we had! So cute and unusual! Fun and stylish....

Experiment with color mixing! Here we have our rendition that came out as a deep raspberry shade! Looks so awesome with Paris Grey and as an interior splash surprise when you open a drawer!

Oh, yes, and what about the soft dreamy look of Annie Sloan's wet wax technique, sandwiching wax between paint layers for a cloudy, dreamy look.....

Or just try the simplest application ever of Chalk Paint® over raw wood for outdoors and just letting it age and weather to perfection! We got it all.....come talk to us at TLC Vintage Collection!
